Pretzel Making Round #2

We made pretzels again. This time we added wheat flour. We also tried some with brown sugar and cinnamon, and some with everything! Alexis and Lorie helped this time. They turned out really yummy, as you can see in the pictures that a few bites had already been taken!

Second Grade, here she comes!

Mrs. Lisowski was such a wonderful teacher! Amanda loved going to school everyday to see her. She only lives a short bike ride away, so we can go see her anytime we want!
Here comes Amanda as a 2nd grader! She is leaving 1st grade behind!
She told me that the day wasn't over, so she wasn't a 2nd grader just yet!
I always take her picture the first day of school and the last day. I will have to find the first day of 1st grade and compare the difference.
Amanda has watched E.T. four times already, and loves it. I told her that once school was out, we would start the puzzle. Guess what, we started tonight. It might take us all summer to finish it. I will keep you posted on our progress!

Oscar Mayer Wiener!

We went out to dinner after Ella's party. We came across the new and improved Oscar Mayer Wiener hot dog car! We had to stop to get a picture!

Ella turns 3!

Ella had her birthday party at the bowling alley. We had so much fun! Thanks for inviting us!

More Camping pics!

Will was up most of the night because of the storms and of course he was the last to wake up in the morning. We all had a great time, but we were excited to get back into our own beds!

We went on a beautiful hike. Will called it the "Jungle!"

We want to try camping again, but without the thunderstorms at night! We all had a great time with our extended family!

Here are some pictures from our camping adventure this weekend. The weather was not the best for camping, but we survived! We went fishing, saw a snail and a snake!
